Six Shooter
Crystal METH × Mexican Airlines
Six Shooter, often referred to as Six Shooter Auto, is a sativa-leaning autoflowering hybrid celebrated for its high yield and potency. Developed by Fast Buds, it is designed for reliable outdoor finishing and vigorous growth, making it a popular choice for both commercial and home cultivation.
Appearance
Six Shooter plants typically grow between 80-140 cm indoors, featuring a strong central stem and well-developed side branches. The leaves are narrow, characteristic of sativa phenotypes, and the buds are often spear-shaped, forming elongated colas.
Buds are densely packed with pronounced calyxes and heavy trichome coverage, giving them a frosted appearance as they mature. Pistils transition from white to orange-amber. The resulting buds are firm, reducing the risk of mold, and possess good bag appeal.
Aroma & Flavor
The aroma of Six Shooter is predominantly citrus-forward, with notes of lemon and lime, complemented by peppery and piney undertones. When disturbed, scents of pine resin, subtle herbal sweetness, and occasional diesel notes emerge.
Upon consumption, the flavor profile delivers a clean lemon-citrus zest with a peppery sensation. Hints of pine sap and grapefruit pith can also be detected. Longer cures can mellow the sharpness, introducing a sweeter, candied citrus peel aroma.
Effects
Consumers commonly report an uplifting, clear-headed initial sensation from Six Shooter. This is followed by a steady, mild body relaxation that, at moderate doses, does not typically lead to excessive sedation.
The strain's energetic and relaxing qualities make it suitable for daytime use. Its balanced effects contribute to its reputation as a versatile hybrid for various consumption needs.
Terpenes & Cannabinoids
Six Shooter typically exhibits a terpene profile rich in limonene, beta-caryophyllene, and pinene, contributing to its citrus, peppery, and piney characteristics. Total terpene content often ranges from 1.5–2.5%, with some specimens exceeding 3.0% under optimal conditions.
This strain is known for its THC content, generally falling between 14-18%, with breeder reports indicating potential up to 23%. CBD levels are minimal, usually less than 1%, preserving the strain's stimulating and uplifting profile.
Growing
Six Shooter is an autoflowering hybrid recognized for its ease of cultivation and high yield potential, with reported indoor yields of 450–650 g/m² and outdoor yields of 80–150 g per plant. It is well-suited for low-stress training and other common cultivation techniques.
The autoflowering nature allows for rapid cycling, with flowering typically occurring 63–75 days from seed to harvest. Its vigorous growth and ability to finish reliably outdoors make it a production workhorse for growers.
Origins & Lineage
Six Shooter is a sativa-leaning autoflower developed by Fast Buds. It is widely understood to be a cross between Crystal METH, a proprietary sativa-leaning autoflower known for resin density, and Mexican Airlines, a tropical sativa auto.
The breeding objective was to combine sativa-like energy with a fast autoflowering timeline and high yields. Ruderalis genetics are present to enable the autoflowering trait, but the expression leans heavily towards sativa characteristics.
